This policy covers The Fox & The Owl, 2541 Bulverde Road, Bulverde, TX 78163, and ECB, TX (Will Burns, sole proprietor), which builds and operates this website, the customer system, and the text messaging program on the venue's behalf. What we collect
- Contact details you give us when you inquire, book a space, join a club or membership, or text us: name, email address, mobile number, and what you asked about.
- Booking details: dates, the space you reserved, headcount, and payment records kept by our payment processor. We do not store full card numbers.
- Messages you exchange with us by email or text, so we have a record of what was agreed.
- Basic website analytics such as pages visited and general location, used only to understand how the site is used.
How we use it
To answer your inquiry, confirm and manage bookings, send you the updates you asked for, and run the venue. We do not sell personal information.
Text messaging and your mobile number
If you opt in to text messages, we use your mobile number only to send the service-related texts described in our Text Message Terms and Conditions. We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories of personal information described in this policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. Message frequency varies; most people receive a few texts a month. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, and reply HELP for help.
Who else sees your information
Only the service providers we need to operate: our website host, email provider, text messaging carrier, booking software, and payment processor. Each is used solely to provide that service to us and is not permitted to use your information for its own purposes. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Inquiry and booking records are kept for as long as needed to run the venue and meet legal and accounting obligations. You can ask us to delete your information at any time by emailing [email protected]; we will honor the request unless we are required to keep a record.
Children
Our website and messaging are directed to adults. Class and club enrollments for children are made by a parent or guardian, and we collect the child's information only from that adult.
