Start from the idea

We sit down and talk through the event you're imagining — what it's for, who it's for, what you want people to feel. From there we help shape the style, source rentals and place settings, design the tablescape, connect you with artists from The Wilder Studio for favors and details, and coordinate the food, music, and activities. Quoted after we talk.

Day of · 3–4 hours plus setup & breakdown

You've done the planning — we arrive to run it: vendor check-ins, timeline, setup and breakdown, and a steady hand in the room so you can be a guest at your own event. For weddings specifically, see the month-of package below; for other events, see day-of pricing below.

Large-Scale Events

All day · at your venue

For events that need a full day of coordination somewhere other than our own venue — weddings and celebrations of real size. A travel fee applies beyond 30 minutes of 2541 Bulverde Road. Quoted after we talk. Available until our own doors open in late spring 2027.

Before The Fox & The Owl, event planning and coordination was Nicole's labor of love on the side for fifteen years: weddings and rehearsal dinners, formal sit-down dinner parties, intimate gatherings like Friendsgiving, small-business events, and baby showers. She has stood at the back of the room for the days that had to go right, and she knows exactly which details decide whether they do.

That experience is what you're hiring. Not a checklist. A steady hand that has already seen the thing that's about to go sideways, and quietly fixed it before you noticed.

“Nikki was my day of wedding coordinator and I couldn't recommend her highly enough. She was incredibly detailed, thorough, and consistently thought of things I never would have considered. When I completely blanked on creating a ceremony program, she stepped in and designed one for me on extremely short notice and it was perfect. The morning of my wedding I got to simply be present, laugh with my family, get ready, and soak in the day, because Nikki handled everything! Any issue that popped up, she took care of quietly and confidently. For example, I heard later that the cocktail table cloths I had selected didn't look great once they were set out. Without coming to me or adding stress to my morning, Nikki coordinated with the rental vendor, had new linens brought in, and made the call to switch them. Rehearsal coordination & extended coverage

Both available. We'll shape them to your day and quote them when we talk, because a rehearsal dinner for twelve and a welcome weekend for two hundred are not the same evening. Hosting the rehearsal dinner in one of our rooms and need more time? Inquire about renting an extra hour — see room rates for details.

Event coordination, day of

For events that don't need the full wedding month-of package: $150/hour for your primary coordinator, typically 3–4 hours plus setup and breakdown. We'll scope your event and quote the total after we talk.

Event planning & large-scale events

Full event planning and large-scale, all-day coordination for events held at another venue are quoted after we talk — see how we work together above. A travel fee applies for events more than 30 minutes from 2541 Bulverde Road. This off-site coordination is available now, through our own doors opening in late spring 2027.
