The Aerie Studio is our wellness studio: 90-minute blocks for yoga, meditation, breathwork, and bodywork, open to independent practitioners renting the room to teach and to members using it on their own.

The Aerie Studio at The Fox & The Owl rents by the 90-minute block, 7am to 9pm daily: $60 weekday, $90 weekend, both introductory pricing. It's built for yoga, meditation, breathwork, and bodywork, and it works two ways — independent practitioners rent a block to teach their own class, and members use it during quiet and social hours through the Aerie Club.
We're at 2541 Bulverde Road on the US-281 corridor in northern Comal County, an easy drive from Spring Branch, Stone Oak, and the north side of San Antonio. The venue opens in late spring 2027, and date inquiries are open now.

The studio holds up to 25 people, in 90-minute blocks with no minimum headcount — it doesn't matter to us whether your class is one student or full. Bring your own students, run your own signups, and teach on your own terms.
