The Aerie · For practitioners
Rent The Aerie by the block and teach on your own terms — no minimum headcount, no gatekeeping. Here's what's ready today, and what we're building next.
What's ready now
The Fox & The Owl is the platform — it doesn't matter to us whether your class is one student or full. You book the room, you run the practice.
◆
90-minute blocks, 7am to 9pm daily — ask about an earlier or later time. Introductory pricing: $60 weekday, $90 weekend.
◆
10% off for two or more consecutive blocks in a day. 20% off for weekly, recurring bookings for a month. 25% off total when you add automatic monthly payment. Multi-month practitioners (three-month minimum) can stack discounts up to a cap of 30% off. Introductory pricing.
◆
The Aerie holds up to 25 people. Mats, bolsters, blocks, and blankets live in the room; bring anything specialized your practice needs.
◆
Set-up and cleanup both happen inside your block. Another practitioner may be booked right behind you, so plan for both.
Pure rental
The studio is yours for the block. You run your own signups and payments and teach the way you always have.
Hosted with us
We put your class on our calendar, host it under The Fox & The Owl, and handle signups, on a simple revenue share.
Booking today is simple: call, text, or email, and we'll confirm your block by hand. More on The Aerie →
What's coming
We're building this program in the open. Some of it is decided; some of it we're still working out. Nothing below is live yet — ask us for the current, human-confirmed version when you inquire.
Book and manage your own time, update your payment method on file, link your website or social profiles, and see your upcoming bookings in one place. In development.
A contract covering cleanup procedures, which studio tools and equipment you'll have access to, and our 25-person capacity — so expectations are clear on both sides before your first booking. Still being written.
Once online booking is live, hosted classes will appear on a calendar visitors can browse, with public and private events both clearly labeled, so people can see what's happening at The Fox & The Owl. Not built yet.
We haven't finalized this. It's likely you won't be required to prove liability insurance to book here, and we may offer a small benefit to practitioners who carry their own — nothing is decided. The Fox & The Owl's facility insurance covers the venue, not a practitioner's class or students; whatever policy we land on, you'll review and acknowledge it before your first booking.
We're considering a small monthly membership for practitioners with perks like a shout-out on our social channels and first right of refusal on booking times. No pricing or final benefits have been set, including whether it will happen at all.
When online booking launches, we plan to ask a few questions up front — whether your class is public or private, a description if it's open to the public, your credentials, and your insurance status. We're also planning a way to hear how classes are landing for students, and to share that with you.
Begin the conversation
If you teach yoga, meditation, breathwork, or bodywork in the Bulverde and Hill Country area, tell us about your practice. We'll confirm your block by hand while the rest of this program comes online.
