What's Happening
Bulverde Market Days brings foot traffic and energy to our corner of town every second and fourth Saturday. But if you're looking for things to do in Bulverde year-round, The Fox & The Owl opens in late spring 2027 with a full calendar: semester classes for kids (instructional, not child care), evening clubs from book circles to knitting, a curated creative studio, wellness room rentals, and event space for gatherings up to 50 guests. Drop in for Market Days, stay for the rest.

If you haven't yet visited Bulverde Market Days, it's held on the same grounds as The Fox & The Owl — a twice-monthly gathering of local vendors, crafts, and community. It's a Saturday morning ritual for families and collectors around the area. Once The Fox & The Owl opens, you'll be able to step from the market directly into the venue: grab a coffee, explore the studios, browse clubs, or book a room for your own event.
But the real draw of having us on Market Days grounds is that we're not a market-only space. We're a year-round arts, wellness, and community hub. Classes run Tuesday through Thursday. Clubs meet on weeknights. The Wilder studio is open for memberships and drop-in sessions. The Aerie takes hourly bookings for wellness practitioners. Event space is available every day of the week. You can visit on Market Days as a tourist, and come back next Tuesday for a class.
The Nest (instructional classes, ages 4-10): Semester classes Tue/Thu daytime in story, art, and nature — not a drop-off childcare facility, but a taught curriculum with an instructor. $150/month introductory tuition. Lunch-class add-on $50/month.
Clubs & Memberships: Book club, knitting circle, plant swap, art circle, writing circle — meeting weeknights, drop-in welcome at $20/person, or $20/month single club, $50/month Society (all clubs).
The Wilder (curated creative studio): Memberships from Wren ($100/mo, no storage) to Crow ($300/mo, scheduled access); Hummingbird day passes $30/4hr. All introductory pricing, 3-month minimum on memberships.
The Aerie (wellness room): 90-minute blocks Tue-Sun, 7am-9pm, $60 weekday / $90 weekend (introductory). Discount ladder for recurring bookings: 10% for 2+ consecutive blocks same day, 20% for weekly recurring, 25% with autopay, capped at 30% for multi-month practitioners (3-month minimum).
Event Space: Three rooms (Hollow ≤15, Drey ≤24, Burrow ≤50) available by the 3-hour block at $250-525 depending on size and day. Whole house $1,325/3hr. BYOB (no bar sales, licensed caterer referral available).
Classes you'll actually go to. Semester-based, set times, mixed ages. Easier to commit than drop-in.

Yes. Market Days happens the 2nd and 4th Saturday year-round. Once the venue opens, you can drop in, explore the studios, browse the clubs (visitor welcome), and browse for your own rentals — no membership needed to look around.
